Every utilization percentage and every cost figure resolves through this table. A capacity's SKU gives its CU allowance, which gives its daily CU-second budget, which is the denominator for everything else.
daily CU-second budget = capacity units × 86,400F-SKU — Fabric

Trial
A Fabric trial grants 64 CU free. Several spellings appear in the wild — FT1, FTL4, FT, TRIAL.
A trial capacity therefore has the CU budget of an F64 and shows realistic utilization percentages, while every cost and chargeback figure comes out as zero.
