Two of them appear twice in the Health Score column for a reason. Complex DAX columns count as a modelling problem, not a formula one, because a calculated column is a modelling decision. And an Excessive visuals finding at information level is shown for context and does not affect the score.
When each one is reported

| Complex DAX measures and columns | The formula scores 6 or more on nine signals; 14 or more is High |
| Excessive visuals | More than 12 visuals, 3 slicers or 10 non-data visuals on a page, or three reasons at once |

What is not checked
Non-data visuals are not a flag of their own. They are one of the things counted by Excessive visuals.
